Erika Rasmussen is currently completing her undergraduate degree in classical voice performance at Brandon University. This past June, Erika toured Newfoundland with the National Youth Choir of Canada, completing her third year in the National Youth Choir program, where she also has had the opportunity of touring Southern Ontario and Alberta.

At Brandon University, she has spent the past five years singing with and managing BU Chorale. Although Erika is originally from Kenora, Ontario she has been involved with Manitoba’s choral scene since 2009! Unlike many Konektis members, Erika was not in Westman Youth Choir, but is an alumni of Eastman Youth Choir. She has also been a member of the Provincial Honour Choirs in Winnipeg almost every year since 2009. Erika enjoys singing both solo and choral repertoire, and has also performed in two plays with the Brandon University theatre department.
