Favourite Music:  I love all kinds of music, especially if it’s unique or interesting.

Hobbies: Singing in Konektis (J), board games, hiking, cross-country skiing, and camping.

Fun Fact: My sister also sings in Konektis… look for her in the Soprano 2 section.

Short Biography: Janelle teaches elementary music and choir at Ecole Harrison, and conducts the Brandon Conservatory Concert Choir. She completed her Bachelor of Music and Education Degrees at Brandon University, specializing in instrumental music education. She has taught music in schools for 17 years, with experience in elementary music, choir, and band. Janelle is a believer in the benefits of life-long music making, and the connections between music and community. When not making music, she enjoys playing board games, hiking, and camping with family.
