Short Biography: Susan Martens received her BA in Music from Providence University College in 2011 and her Masters in Christian Education in 2013 from Ambrose Seminary. Her original plan was to work in churches, but ended up falling in love with teaching private lessons. She moved to Virden from Calgary in 2014 with her husband, Kyle, and was quickly involved in the music community, teaching lessons, directing the local youth choir, and becoming part of the tech crew for the three musicals Virden puts on every year, and sometimes lending her voice to the characters in Virden Theatre Production shows.
